David and Tracy are Directors of Overflowing Life Inc.  founded in 1984. In the 70’s they pioneered in the homeschool and home church movements.  During the past four decades they have led teams and started churches, schools, business groups, ministries for children and orphans, pro-life organizations, Healing rooms, Sozo and more.  They were the Senior Leaders of The Gate DC for 17 years before moving to Florida.  David has been involved in marketplace, media, and ministry since 1968. He was broadcast executive and developed and gave oversight to dozens of major market Christian radio stations and XM satellite radio stations. Tracy's leadership includes Rachel Weeping, serving aborted women and Casa De Amparo for abused women.  She is the founder of Crusade for Life in San Diego and An Army of Mothers with ministry Cambodia and the United States.  

Their heart is for believers to live the presence driven life and experience the manifest presence and power of the King of Kings as heaven invades earth and His Kingdom and His will is done on earth as it is in heaven. Their personal mission statement that guides their lives and ministry is to: "Love and Serve God, Love and Serve His People and Love and Serve this dying world by helping as many people as He gives us get one step closer to Jesus."  Worship-Intercession and Prayer at The Gate allows them to fulfill their mission while encouraging others to do the same.  His everlasting love sets our hearts on fire with first love for Jesus and we learn to love one another and all others.

David and Tracy have been married for 57 years and have walked together with Jesus in ministry for 55 of those years having come to Jesus in 1967 in San Diego.  They were very active in ministry during the Jesus Movement.  They moved from San Diego to Washington DC where they lived for nearly three decades before moving to Vero Beach and the Treasure Coast. They have two sons and two daughters on earth and one daughter in heaven, 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
